We are searching for:

Head of IT

 Responsibilities:

•          Manage a dedicated local IT team.
•          Develop Information Systems strategy and policies.
•           Supervise strategy and policy implementation, validate their effectiveness, and manage IT risks.

Main activities:

•          Develop and implement the company’s general Information Systems strategy, by gather requirements specified by the business teams and evaluate and recommend suitable investments in IT with regard to specified requirements.
•           Optimize resources according to the task and production requirements.
•           Provide clear direction and objectives for his/her team members and evaluates them,
•           Supervise the management and control of results from internal/external teams,
•           Manage the deployment of BNP Group’s Information Systems development plan, maintenance and operational conditions and ensure systems are constantly available
•           Apply the Group’s IT security policy and work with General Management to identify sensitive information and the associated risks.

 We are looking for someone with:

•          Master degree within IT related topics.
•          Experience from similar positions, knowledge of Leasing Industry is an advantage
•          Bilingual skills – English and one of the Scandinavian languages
