Head of Technology and Lifecycle Solutions (TLS) Nordic Cluster

We are looking for a Head of TLS activities within the Nordic Cluster. The Head of TLS is responsible in the Nordics for the Activity in the Markets covered within the Business Unit “Technology and Lifecyle Solutions” (TLS). The Markets currently cover: Office Equipment, ITC, Specialized Technologies, green technologies and Healthcare. 

The responsibility also includes the management of the teams dedicated to these markets (“TLS Nordics Team”).

The Head of TLS Nordic Cluster reports hierarchically to the Country Manager of the Nordics Countries and functionally to the Commercial Supervisor for the Nordics. The commercial Supervisor belongs to the Internation Business Lines (IBL) at Corporate level.

Responsibilities:

  • The Head of TLS Nordic Cluster is responsible with his team for winning, establishing, safeguarding and further developing Vendor Finance relationships in the Nordics. The Vendor Finance relationships cover local relationships as well as international relationships that are managed in coordination with the International Business Line TLS in Paris.
  • The Head of TLS Nordic Cluster manages the TLS Nordics Team and TLS activity following the strategy and principles of Leasing Solutions and BNPP Group in accordance to Group policies. 

Tasks:

  • Management and Steering of the TLS Nordics Team
  • Budget planning for the TLS Activity in close coordination with Finance.
  • Active design and development of new business areas, sales strategies and financing products to support the sales branding partners / manufacturers with the support from marketing and solutions.
  • Further development of our financial products in order to increase the additional revenues.
  • Close communication with the Global Account managers of the IBL in particular in the development and Steering of the international partnerships, planning of campaigns, budget and forecast exercises.
  • Close communication with the IBL Supervisor, Country Manager and Finance to follow the development and profitability of the activity as well as the implementation of necessary resources to reach the targets.

Training, experience

  • Min 5 years at the university (Finance or Engineer Education).
  • Confirmed experiences (around 10 years) in a similar function towards Sales
  • Knowledge of Leasing Business

The role: Fund Accounting Manager

We are seeking a skilled and engaged professional to take responsibility for our Fund Accounting team. This small but essential team plays a key role in reporting and follow-up for both Norwegian and Swedish funds. 

As manager you will guide and support two team members (one in Oslo and one in Stockholm) while also leading system optimization, automation, and process improvement. You will also be apart of the routine tasks as reporting and reconciliation of funds together with the team members. This is a hands-on management role ideal for someone with a strong background in fund accounting and a genuine interest in technology and efficiency. 

Your tasks

  • Manage the Fund Accounting team
  • Personnel responsibilities such as employee development 
  • Contact and follow-up with the auditor
  • Follow-up and lead further development of accounting processes 
  • Prepare half-yearly and annual reports
  • Timely reporting to public authorities, large institutional clients and management
  • Stay up to date on regulations and lead implementation as needed 
  • Accounting reconciliations of funds
  • Ad-hoc reporting/analysis as needed

Your qualifications 

  • Relevant experience in fund accounting from the securities industry, preferable at least 5 years of experience
  • Academic background in finance, accounting, economics or IT 
  • Strong system understanding and ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Expertise with tools such as Phyton, SQL, Power BI or similar
  • Solid knowledge of written and spoken English and a Nordic language, as our business language is Norwegian, Swedish and English

Financial Controller to the Fund Accounting team (Maternity cover)

We are looking for a Fund Accounting Controller to cover a maternity leave within the Fund Accounting team from June/July until March/April. We seek you with an interest in accounting, securities and IT. As a Fund Accounting Controller, you will contribute to the reporting and follow-up of both the Norwegian and Swedish funds. You have a strong interest and understanding of accounting and can quickly familiarize yourself with accounting processes. The Fund Accounting team is continuously working to improve processes, and you will have the opportunity to actively participate in these developments. This is a varied and professional role with exciting challenges. 

Your tasks:

  • Accounting reconciliations of funds
  • Prepare half-yearly and annual reports
  • Communicate and follow-up with auditors
  • Reporting to public authorities, large institutional clients and management
  • Follow-up and further development of accounting processes 
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Your qualifications: 

  • Relevant experience in accounting, preferably in securities
  • Academic background in finance, accounting or economics 
  • You have a strong understanding of systems and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes 
  • Excellent skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Solid knowledge of written and spoken English and a Nordic language, as our business language is Norwegian, Swedish and English

We expect you to be structured, analytical, accurate and have a good understanding of numbers. You ensure that projects and work tasks are started, followed up and completed. You are curious about changes and enjoy problem-solving. As a colleague, you are helpful and able to collaborate both locally and internationally. This role requires a high level of integrity.
