- Change of bank (Bankbytte)
The new regulation regarding change of bank possibility has been running from 1st of May 2008, making it much easier for you to switch bank. Along with your new account agreement, you will also receive the necessary authorization form to set up BNP PARIBAS as your new bank and to help you leaving your old bank.
This means that we can help you:
- Transfering the balance from your old account to your new account
- Transfering your payment orders
- Closing your old accounts
However we recommend that you add up your own payment arrangements through our internet banking, both to have a better overview and save time. Please call us and we will help you !

- Salary and current accounts
If you have a loan in our bank you should also have a BNP PARIBAS account with internet banking. On your internet banking you can easily open additional accounts. You are a borrowing customer but don't have an account and internet banking? Contact us on 815 44 844 or email

With your new account and BNP PARIBAS internet banking, you have a complete overview of accounts, loans and payment agreements, and you can order accounts and Visa cards online. If you have problems in your internet banking, you can see the "Frequent Asked Questions" on our home page which provides answers to most of your questions. See also our price list for more details.
• Debits (Avtalegiro). To create a debit using your new internet banking in BNP PARIBAS, you must submit a standard invoice for payment in your bank. We can help you transfering your payments agreements from your old bank. Please note that this requires your written agreement, and will then take longer than if you simply do it directly in your internet banking.
• Electronic invoice (eFaktura). Your existing electronic invoices agreements will automatically appear in your internet banking. Do not delete them from your former bank, or they will also be deleted from your internet banking in BNP PARIBAS.
• Fixed payment (Faste betalingsoppdrag). You can add permanent payments quickly and easily in your new internet banking. We can also do it for free for you ! Note that this requires your written agreement, and will then take longer.
BNP PARIBAS provides Visa Cards! You can order it on your internet banking. See price list for details on the use of the card .
- Notify your employer, NAV, etc. on your new salary account number in BNP PARIBAS..
- Delete any debit agreements in your former bank, but remember to specify the recipient's account and customer identification number. Create the debit in your new internet banking.
- Electronic invoices will automatically be transfered to your new bank.
- Remember that you must create a new "recipient registry" in your new internet banking. This does not follow automatically when you switch bank.
