Founded in 1990, Klépierre is a real estate investment company (SIIC) focused on retail real estate. Listed on the compartment A of Euronext ParisTM, Klépierre owns, manages and develops shopping centres in 13 countries of continental Europe.
Through its subsidiaries Ségécé and Steen & Strøm, Klépierre is also continental Europe's leading shopping centre manager.

In Norway

Klépierre has been present in Norway since 2008 thanks to the acquisition of Steen & Strøm, Scandinavia's leading shopping centre company. Steen & Strøm manages 30 centres in the country, including 18 owned by Klépierre.
